PROGRAM

8:15 AM: Car and our guide pick you up at your hotel.

8h45: Go to market by car, experience how to buy fresh ingredients in the Hoi An local market. We will have chance to see and experience the noise as well as directly contact to sellers. In addition to this, we will show the ingredients for using in our lesson.

Transferred from the local market to Cam Thanh Village by car, then you will have a chance to take a traditional boat – a bamboo basket boat, you will be attracted by the untouched beauty of the palm trees in the village. Come to our local restaurant, you start to participate in cooking the the five local dishes: Banana Salad, Hoi An Spring roll, Banh Xeo, Pho, Fish in clay pot. . After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked.

Moreover, the restaurant also prepares 3 more dishes for your meal: Sauteed garlic spinach, steamed rice and dessert fruit.

12:30: Finish the cooking class, drive will take you back to your hotel and end of the tour. Thank you for choosing our company service.
